No. Our workshops are designed for non-technical teams. If your team can use email and a web browser, they can learn to build AI workflows. We teach from zero and focus on practical, tool-based skills, not programming.

Yes. We deliver workshops on-site at your office anywhere in Melbourne and regional Victoria. For interstate or remote teams, we offer virtual delivery via Zoom with the same hands-on format. We also host workshops at our Melbourne CBD studio if you prefer.

We focus on production-ready tools that your team can use immediately: ChatGPT and Claude for general AI tasks, Make (formerly Integromat) and Zapier for workflow automation, and industry-specific tools based on your sector. We avoid experimental or unreliable tools. Everything we teach is proven and supported.

Yes. We serve businesses across Victoria and Australia. Regional Victorian businesses can book on-site workshops (travel included for most locations). Interstate and remote businesses use our virtual delivery format, which includes the same hands-on exercises and support.

Yes. We follow Australian Privacy Act requirements in every workshop. From July 2026, an estimated 100,000+ small businesses will become regulated by the Privacy Act for the first time. From December 2026, mandatory transparency duties kick in for any business using personal information in automated decisions. We teach your team to use AI tools in compliance with these changes: how to handle customer data, avoid sending sensitive information to AI models, update your privacy policy, and configure tools with appropriate data handling settings. For industries with specific requirements (healthcare, legal, financial), we address those directly.

Every workshop is customised. Before the workshop, we conduct a discovery call to understand your business, industry, and specific pain points. We then design the curriculum around your actual workflows and processes. No two workshops are the same.
