After 4 weeks, your team owns everything: the workflows, the knowledge, and the ability to build more. No ongoing dependency, no retainer fees.
During the programme, we identify 2-3 team members who show aptitude and interest. We give them extra attention and training so they become your go-to people for AI workflows. By Week 4, they're leading builds and can train other staff. This ensures your AI capabilities grow even after we leave.
Yes. The standard cadence is one half-day session per week for 4 weeks. But we can adjust to fortnightly sessions over 8 weeks if that works better for your team's schedule. We'll discuss timing during the discovery call.
90 days of Slack support after the programme ends. Your team can ask questions, get help troubleshooting workflows, request advice on new automations, and get guidance on expanding what they've built. Response time is within 24 hours on business days.
We expect mixed skill levels and design for it. Quick learners become champions. Others work at their own pace with extra support. Every team member builds working workflows. Some just go deeper than others. The playbook ensures everyone can follow the processes regardless of skill level.
After the programme, your team is self-sufficient. But if you want ongoing support, we offer quarterly check-in sessions and can run additional build days for new workflow categories. Most teams don't need us after the 4 weeks. That's the point.
