Lunch Break

AI Kickstart (half-day) gives your team a foundation: AI tools overview and a few quick wins. Workflow Builder (full-day) goes much deeper. We audit your actual processes, build 4-6 custom workflows, create SOPs and templates, and cover compliance. Choose Kickstart for introduction, Workflow Builder for implementation.
Yes. During the discovery call, we'll discuss your priorities. On the day, we start with a process audit that identifies the highest-impact opportunities. Your team decides what to build, guided by our recommendations on what will deliver the quickest ROI.
We'll send a pre-workshop brief. Each team member should bring a laptop. We'll ask your team to document 3-5 repetitive tasks they do regularly. This feeds directly into the process audit. We also need access to the tools your team currently uses (email, CRM, etc.) for integration testing.
Yes. Every workflow is tested and documented during the workshop. We create SOPs (standard operating procedures) that any team member can follow. And you have 60 days of async Slack support for troubleshooting and questions.
We build compliance into every workflow. During the final session, we review everything built against Australian Privacy Act requirements. We teach your team which data can and can't be processed through AI tools, how to configure privacy settings, and best practices for handling sensitive information.
